Hallo, and welcome to the new fundraising campaign from The Ideas Partnership!
We all know that a cup of tea can transform the way we look at the world.
Could it also help the poorest communities in Europe?
Could you join our fundraising initiative in May and ‘TIP the Teapot for Kosovo’?
Tea parties will be held around the UK – and beyond from the end of May – with a launch party at The Ideas Partnership’s Centre in Pristina on May 21st. There will be opportunities to raise some money for education and health projects supporting communities in need in Kosovo to be able to support themselves. There will also be a chance to learn more about the work of the volunteer-based charity The Ideas Partnership (‘TIP’), recently recognised by the Prime Minister as one of the world’s ‘Points of Light’ for volunteering.
And of course, there will also be cake…
The TIP the Teapot for Kosovo tea parties will be held around the UN Day of Cultural Diversity
and we hope there will be a chance to share some Kosovan recipes and learn more about a country known to too many people only as a war.
